The point of having an appointment seems like that would take precedence over the walk-in. However, I am learning that is not the case. Not sure why making one is necessary since the wait time depends on those before you! With that said, all the people I dealt with were exceptionally nice/courteous, but a 2 hour+ oil change - yikes!!!

Dropped off 2022 Ram on Thursday (16th) at noon with an appointment to have the windshield wiper water pump fixed or replaced for the second time this year. I called Saturday morning to see if the issue had been looked at and I was told it would be Tuesday before a technician could look at it. With Thursday being Thanksgiving I would not get my truck back until the week after Thanksgiving possibly. I called Athens Ram and they said the part is $16 and they can order it and put it on in two days. The only thing that really bothers me is that I had to call ywo days later to even find out what was or wasn't being done about the truck
