I came in with transmission concerns. This wasn't my diagnosis, it was a different Ford dealer who diagnosed transmission issues. I have been told twice now that my transmission is fine by your dealership yet I still have harsh/delayed shifting. I will say, it is smoother than it was but it still hangs up and slams gears. At this point it's easier to just get rid of it and move on. Despite buying 2 Jeeps from Akins 3 years ago I won't be buying it from you. I am disappointed the most that my description of the problem and what was on my paperwork aren't at all the same. I can provide my description of the problem at the first dealership and you will notice a very stark difference. I have a case with Ford started months ago because I was not able to get a dealership on the phone to look at it. I will be updating my case with the latest details next week.
