I waited at the dealership today for an oil change for a total of 5 hours. I came in for an oil change and given an estimated time of 2 hrs for an EXPRESS LANE oil change. I was notified that my vehicle needed brakes and would need approval from Ford Warranty to approve rotors because my pads were covered under my maintenance plan. I was never notified that it was approved. I did notice my vehicle sitting outside after oil change and before brake work. Once the work was complete I noticed my vehicle in the “finished/exit” lane for at least 20 mins. I had to ask if my vehicle was ready after seeing this and was told “we are waiting on paperwork”. I arrived for an oil change at 10am. I did not leave the dealership until after 3pm.
