For the second time using the complementary pick up and deliver, my car has not been returned. The first time there was a total miscommunication at the shop and no one knew it wasn’t returned. I came out of work to no car. The second time, this most recent visit, my car was picked up at 9:00am and I didn’t receive a phone call about more work needing to be done until 4:00. I specifically asked when I made the appointment if it would be done and back on my lot by 4:00 and was told, yes. Stop promising things you obviously can’t control or deliver. It is extremely frustrating. A service that is supposed to be a convenience has proved twice to be nothing but inconvenient.

They didn’t check the wear on my brake pads during the inspection. I am assuming it is because I didn’t want my wheels rotated, it was just completed earlier in the week when discount tire rebalanced all four tires.
It would have been nice to know the status of the wear so I could plan for future service.
Service writer did great and as always, I have high regards for Jason and the service department. Definitely ***** 5 start department
