When I couldn't find a ride to grab my car the complimentary delivery was amazing. She would even reach out if I had a question after she had left for the day. I had to wait two months for this appointment on April 1. Four days later you still had not even touched my car for the diagnostic test that was needed. I wait two months for you to service my car and I get no service in four days! Prior to this appointment, I was very happy with your mobile service and taking care of my regular maintenance needs. I came simply for brakes and did not recieve the quality and longevity I paid for. My intelligence was questioned. I have brought my truck 3 times with problem persistent in all 3 visits. All 3 issues caused by horrible pads. No one seems to give a s**t that my truck is not performing as it should and at the rate of wear I will not make 20k on that rotor. O am ashamed a place like this would not strive for my satisfaction and pass a 2000.00 fix that's not the issue at me. Resurfacing rotors and BETTER PADS is all that's needed. Current pads have been examind and have been found to have the same horrible quality that caused yall to have to redo a second time with same results. Large bits of metal matching the deep gouges on BRAND NEW ROTORS. IT IS THE PADS. I offered to pay the difference on powerstop pads. I verbalized multiple times I'd pay the difference. Yall are more worried about saving face than customer satisfaction
