I felt as if I was looked over when I pulled into the drive. IT TOOK 15 MINUTES FOR SOMEONE TO COME AND GREET ME. I have a crappy car but I don’t feel as if they should look over me just because of my car. The wait time was not bad but I was sad to hear that Josh Moore was not working there anymore he always took care of me and my family when we came in.

Drove Jeep home after repair only to find coolant all over inside engine compartment. After closer examination I discovered radiator hose resting on a/c compressor pulley/ belt with a large gash in hose and coolant spraying out. Trying to figure out now how I’m going to get my undrivable Jeep back to Akins for repair.
