Allen was great to work with in resolving my problem, a leaky back window. I could tell he was busy but he was very courteous and knowledgeable in helping me reach out to Ram Cares. He had the warranty work done and suggested I may want to seek help from Ram Cares in having the back window replaced. It saved me a lot of money and I am a very satisfied customer.

No I was very disappointed this time I had my wife bring my vehicle after making a noon appointment three days prior and we were still up there 4 1/2 hours. There was also a rubber gasket was on my tail gate that had broken off my wife explain to them how it came off and the guy insisted on putting it back on. That’s how I got water. My tail light to have tail light to have to make the lightbulb change in the beginning so now I’m gonna have to take out time again schedule an appointment to have that replaced, we were just buried satisfied this time with the amount of time it took for what was done to the truck
