I feel like there should have been a more clear understanding at pick up of my vehicle. When told that I did not have to pay for the part being replaced… That Ford was covering it. Only to be called today and told that I did have to pay. I do not understand why that wasn’t discovered before I came in to pick up the vehicle and feel like it should have been. This is the first time anything like this has ever happened in my 20+ years of coming to Akin Ford. I will continue to be a loyal customer, however.
