I was there for 3 hours just for an oil change ! If you’re that busy when I arrived , it would have been nice to know that I could be there for several hours ! But the work was done very better communication would be better !

I was lied to about my vehicle. The people that did the work told the service advisor that I needed a cabin air filter. I had just replaced the cabin air filter about two months ago. Not sure that I will be back. If your word is no good, then you are no good. I wonder if they would lie to Brad about his vehicle!!!
