Everybody that I was involved with at Akins Ford were amazing. From the used card sales department to the service department. The only issues that I was having were with the vehicle that I had purchased, which was out of your control. Everybody was always super helpful and eager to get my Issues with the vehicle fixed as soon as possible.

Your service is always good but this time I was a little frustrated. I dropped my car off that Tuesday morning for them to diagnose a noise I was hearing thinking it may be the transmission. I didn’t bother anyone about what they found until the following Monday only to find out that no one had even looked at it until Friday. They told me a technician would drive it and attempt to diagnose it if I would leave it one more day which I did. The following day I waited until around 2pm to cash for a status since I hadn’t heard from anyone. Vanessa told me they were out driving it and she would call me back when they got back which she did. The driver reproduced the noise but then came back to have a service manager ride with him to reproduce it again. They were not able to. So I picked up my car later that day. I was only upset that my car had been gone a week and I was leaving with no diagnosis, not with any particular person. Vanessa took care of me.
