Spoke to the Service Manager on Tuesday about my truck and had questions about the repairs that he could not answer, but said he would call me with the answers in a hour and a half or two. He never called me back, I waited for him to call. Two days later and never did hear from the Service Manager. Today Thursday I picked my truck and spoke to a different Service Manager he told me he was new in that position and the guy I originally spoke to was off for that day. Never did get my answer about my truck.

I was satisfied with the service itself.
I was not satisfied with waiting 5-6 days for a diagnostic. Also delayed communication once the diagnostic was complete. The lack of available rental cars during the diagnostic period and once I received a rental car 5 days later it wasn't an even switch. I have a third row seat in my car due to my family size, I received a smaller rental which made transportation during this time very challenging.
