The service and communication was excellent but 2 things were not done on my vehicle. I was to have the tire sensor light looked at and fix. It was not. Also it was to have a 4 pin trailer cable installed. It was not. The car runs great and we did add a lot of things to the repair but these 2 things were missed

I was not able to talk to Mathew. Some lady interrupted me and took over checking me out. I have questions as to what was done to my car. it’s all in code that I can’t read, when asked what was done I just ignored and told every thing needed was taken care of. I pushed about an air filter a different guy stepped in and said it was done when the sold to me and not needed done; the last time I had an oil change my tires were not rotated. I know because I had trouble with a tire that I had to have fixed and if it had been rotated it would not have been where it was. so I wanted to check if they were rotated this time and I want to know what is being done to my car and why. I’m am the sole driver of my car and the one that takes care of it so I don’t want to be treated like some one that doesn’t need to know and let them just take of things with out keeping me updated on what is being done. My husband bought me a service plan because he is unable to check out what is being done to the car. So I was not happy with the visit.

They replaced my lug nuts. I understand they had to beat the socket onto the lug nuts yo get them off. But they knicked up my rim pretty good in doing so.
