We have added dye to my engine twice and etched my dipstick and not yet checked with a uv light nor have we dropped oil to get accurate reading. You gave car back to me with no oil after you just changed oilafter machining heads and start did pressure test and said all was fine if that was the case where did oil go that time. Keep telling g me this will fix and it has yet to fix my issue. Complained about the engine vibrations yall changed motor mounts only to have same vibration. Asked if I could use oil change coupon from mopar site and it went ignored so I go to grease monkey instead. I'm told we can't fix what we can't find when all has been seen and documented before the repairs you have done were completed only to leave me with the same issues to now be told can't find it or don't see it. Van still does into limp mode randomly trans has a hop and occasional thud and all is normal feel like I'm not going to get the help I need or deserve until it's to late and this defective van causes an accident. This is def not safe and a threat to everybody on the road

I got a call from your team member this morning that woke me up. I knew I was asleep because they apologize. Mentioned that the windshield wipers needed replacing. I asked how much she stated it was $74 which is what I was told the oil change was thinking she misunderstood her. I told her go ahead. I guess if they really need it, not knowing that was what you were charging me to put on a $12 windshield wiper that I can do myself very unhappy that you all feel you can gouge your customers like that
