I recently visited your location for an oil change, and I wanted to share my experience and a concern regarding an unauthorized service. When I arrived, the representative in the trailer (whom I believe to be Erica) did not introduce herself. Instead, she simply asked if I had an appointment and whether my keys were in the vehicle. There was no courteous greeting or explanation of the process, which made me feel out of place. After my initial interaction, I turned back to confirm which oil change package I was receiving, as this was not discussed. When I asked, I felt as though my question was dismissed, making the situation even more uncomfortable. Ultimately, we agreed on the standard oil change, and I left while the service was being performed. Upon returning, I reviewed my receipt and noticed that a tire rotation was included—something I never requested or discussed. My vehicle only has 2,657 miles on it, and 800 of those weren’t even on the current tires. When I inquired about this with the employee who processed my payment, I was directed back to Erica. Her response was indifferent, stating that tire rotations are done at 5,000 miles. However, at no point was I informed or asked if I wanted this service. I strongly believe that customers should be fully informed and give authorization before any additional work is performed on their vehicle. Had Erica been more focused on assisting me rather than chatting with someone else, this miscommunication could have been avoided. I hope that in the future, your team prioritizes clear communication and customer service to prevent similar issues. I would appreciate your feedback on how this matter will be addressed.
