Let me drive for a few days & ask again. The problem appears to eliminated. The difference is amazing the ride is quiet; it’s a pleasure. I am puzzled & don’t understand how anyone, working with vehicles, could have possibly driven this car a 100 feet and not notice or recognize it had a problem… it was noisy, bumpy,& rough… I test drove at a time I’d just had surgery.. and was unable to do a proper evaluation.

I was especially impressed with your tow truck driver and his extra efforts to help me out. After he was able to start my car in my garage he followed up to make certain I made it to Akins to resolve the issue. I am embarrassed I did not recall his name and hope you will check to see who he is. I have servicing my car exclusively for over 10 years and have always had exceptional service. Obviously I will keep Akins exclusive for my car. Thanks so much.
