Asthton Faircloth is my recommended service advisor whenever I bring my truck into service. He always keeps me up to date on what is happening. The only thing I am disappointed in are the number of times I have to bring my truck into service in the past calendar year. There seems to always be issues, always related to the same thing. The service team has fixed them each time in a relatively timely manner, but similar things keep reoccurring and it is frustrating most of the time. As far as my experiences within the service department they are always good.

I took truck in for navigation it would not let me put in destination.
No one could fix it something to do with ford pass. They didn’t know how to fix it. The man said salesman should have fix it when he sold truck. They didn’t give me anther appointment to fix it now I can use it. My truck is not 3 weeks old I had ford for over 30 years
The his need to be addressed and I want this fix ASAP

The oil service was great. It’s the bolt from YOUR service bay floor that ended up in my front tire that made everything bad. I didn’t even leave your parking lot. I drove right back in. I bought two new tires, and all I was offered was a free mount and balance…..what is that about $25? I’ve used you guys for 40+ years. So much for customer loyalty. :(
