The price was extremely high. I have talked to the managers at several different auto shops and every one of them was blown away at the cost. I like bringing my car in for tire rotation and oil change and will continue doing that.
Another thing, I was very disappointed that you were going to let me drive my car off of your lot WITH NO ANTIFREEZE in it. I checked it before I left and had a container if antifreeze in the car. I went to the service desk and a gentleman jumped up and came over to put it in for me. One person cared!!!!!
