Everything went good. Scheduled when I brought my vehicle in and had a courtesy vehicle for me to drive. Paperwork was ready for me to sign no long wait. Got truck back in three days actually quicker than I thought it would be. Check in courtesy vehicle was quick. Everyone was very helpful and seemed to enjoy their job. GREAT SERVICE!!

I had a pretty poor experience for the first time since I’ve been a customer of Akin. I had an appointment to drop my truck in a Thursday, and was told I would get my truck back the next day. I called on Friday when I didn’t get notified of my trucks status and was told they hadn’t looked at it and it would be Monday. I said it was ok and I would just keep the rental through the weekend. Monday I didn’t receive a call so I called and was told they didn’t have anyone on Friday, but still hadn’t looked at my truck. I explained that I needed by truck back since we were going out of town. I was told they would be getting to it immediately and they would call Tuesday morning. I didn’t get a call. My wife called and explained how we needed the truck to take our camper out of town. Abe was told someone would call that evening. We never received a call. I called again Wednesday morning and asked for a manager. I got Deana, the customer experience manager. I told her what happened. She called me back 30 minutes later and said they would pull the truck in immediately and get it done that day, and would deliver to me Thursday. I got a call Wednesday afternoon and was told it wa ready and would be delivered Thursday. It was delivered Thursday and I was not charged for my service. I greatly appreciate Deana stepping in and setting up the drop off, as well as not charging me. I take that as an apology for what happened. However, it should be known my biggest problem was the absolute terrible lack of communication, the fact that I had a prescheduled appointment that wasn’t upheld, and it took me calling every day to get my service done. I hope this gets addressed and I can keep coming back.
