Ashton got my concerns taken care of. Thank you!! The process to me was the problem. Maybe I am old school, but after I dropped it off for the appointment, there was no communication until I received a text that it was completed. In addition, having the vehicle there for a couple of days, I assumed it would have at least had a courtesy wash.

The overall experience was satisfactory. Will was great and made sure to provide feedback from the service team department. However, after arriving at home and backing into my garage. I went to check my mailbox and as I’m coming back into the garage, I noticed a wet spot on the front right of my bumper. Upon closer inspection, what I thought might be water was in fact oil. A thick line of oil ran straight down my headlight and continued to bumper and on down from there. Needless to say I was not pleased at inadequate attention detail. I’ve have been a steady customer but this experience makes me feel an unimportant customer. Even though I live closer to the Athens Jeep dealership I make the drive to winder to receive top notch service, but based on this last experience, not so sure if I’ll come back.
