**** & Larry (tow truck operator) responded very timely to my urgent need when my Edge broke down. Larry called to make sure I was in a safe location and filled the rental with gas so that I could get to work. I broke down around 8:30 in Buford and was pulling into work in Lawrenceville at 10am. I was very satisfied with the prompt response time and the caring showed by both of these men. My vehicle was also fixed within the next week.
