The process went as smoothly as it could for multiple problems on my truck.
Nothing to do with Jonah- The only disappoint was the 3% up charge to use a credit card. Seems like on an $8,000+ bill we could at least split that fee.

Come to find out the wipers needed to be replaced. My wife noticed them this afternoon when it was raining and we went to look at them and they were dry rotted breaking off, so we had to go to Advanced Auto Parts and buy some new wipers. Under the Works Service, that should’ve all been checked and replace then. Not very happy.

Good morning.
I asked the young man to swap the tire on the tire rack spine that was on the ground. Reason…..had a flat tire and it now is the one on the rack that jags been repaired. Wanted it in rotation with the other three, the original spare was a new tire. So I get home and noticed that this task had not been done. So I drove back to have this taken care of. Talked to the Young Man about the issue and he stated that he noted it on the ticket. He stated he would take care of it. So he goes over to the Service Manager and they talk, then walks over and measures the tire depth and the Young Man comes and gives this BS story about the extra depth on the new tire is safer and I stopped him and asked him to do as I had requested, as he did. The Service Manager was the one that made this happen.
