The lady who checked me out seemed to rush me through the process. Normally someone walks me through the summary of what work was completed. She was in fast-forward mode. I needed to make an appointment for another vehicle that needs new tires. She did that for me but just acted like she was trying to do it as quickly as possible without providing much detail. Not typical for the old school, southern service I’m used to receiving at Akins Winder.

Matt was fine. But I got notification that the vehicle was ready then the payment link was sent. I called my daughter and told her to go pick it up. It's about a 20 minute drive from the house. My wife dropped her off. She waited almost an hour and a half due to "paperwork". Absolutely unacceptable. Me waiting is one thing but my teenage daughter should have never been put through that.

Aikens service dept and Russel did a great jo. He was professional and pleasant. The job was done fast and I had my vehicle back in a week.
The fact that. brand new transmission failed after 15,000 miles is the concerning part.
