Re: 2019 Ram 1500 Laramie. Vehicle was taken in for the replacement of the rear window due to leakage. Vanessa was very kind, courteous and keep me up to date on the progress of the repair. I'd like to also give Tom credit as well for his excellent service, which doesn't get noticed, because he works behind the scenes and doesn't get a survey sent concerning his performance. He has helped me on multiple occasions, including this one and doesn't get any recognition.

They didn’t diagnose my transmission issue. I took it somewhere else and my fluid was black. Transmission had to be replaced. One again your service department disappoints.
