2.5 hrs for an oil change & middle brake light replacement, while being told it wouldn’t take long is too much time. If it had been informed of how long it would actually take, I would have made other arrangements. I understand sometimes it is busy…so just level with me so I can decide if I wish to wait that long. In other words, let me make an informed decision.

I'm having to wait longer due to the new System. I used to be in and out within an hour to an hour and a half. Today I was there for approximately 2.5 hours. I personally like the old way better. I own a business and the last thing I wanna do is sit at LC Toyota for 2.5 hours waiting on my truck to be Serviced. I have been buying from LC Toyota since 2012 ihave all the faith and nothing but great things to say about the Tarvers and the treatment I receive from the team at LC Toyota.
