Don’t like the new scheduling through the web site. It has my exact name 3 times, 1 for each vehicle. The old way had all my vehicles under 1 name. I do like the text I got telling me what they found and their recommendations, though it’s not very clear. It has customer request… (listed 3 things) but I only requested an oil change, not the 3 other items. Also LOVE the new snack bar!! Have you considered a half door for the toy room so the kids can’t run out?? I think it would be a good idea. Then if I’m sitting in there with my 2 yo grandson I can watch a movie on my phone and not worry about him running out when I’m not looking.

Brandt was very nice. The only problem I had was the service technician didn’t let him know my car was finished. I saw several people that arrived after I arrived, leave before me.
