Sandy has always been my service tech, I’m so happy for her that she was able to retire! Brant is my new person, I’m not exactly thrilled with him. When I arrived there was only one other car there, I’m sure that person had issues. I had to wait over 15 minutes to check in. When it was my turn he seemed annoyed and hurried.
I had 8:45 appointment, I was there 15 minutes early, my car was ready around 10:30 for a simple tire rotation. When I got my car it was running, by the time I reached Ragley the maintenance light came back on. Evidently the light wasn’t reset or something else is wrong. Not looking forward to another hour drive to Lake Charles to have this looked at!
