I would like to make a comment on two ladies who were there for an oil change for 1 hour and 45 minutes. One of the ladies told me when i arrived they had been there since 1:00. I am guessing that they, being a little older, we’re not watching their phones for your message. I think you guys should watch out for older people and also make it very clear that you will send a text message and that we need to respond to that message. I don’t recall it being told to me to watch for a text message I just happened to be looking at my phone when it popped up. Thank you!!
