Today took longer than normal but I was told they were short staffed. No worries, I shopped the gift shop, enjoyed complimentary food and drink items, relaxed in the new waiting area and enjoyed visiting with others.

It took almost 2 hours. Was told it would take one hour. I had to ask if it was ready. Was told, after asking, that they wanted to change AC filters. I only declined because of another 15-20 minute wait. They also wanted to change windshield and rear wiper blades, and tires. I love be an hour away. I have never complained about your excellent service in the past.
