You seem to be overbooking your appointments since instituting the current system, I came in for a tire rotation, state inspection sticker & general inspection & I was there waiting nearly 3 hours. I understand that service is a big ticket item for your bottom line & that inspections take time but I have been a customer since 2011 and things have changed not for the better in terms of customer wait times . It doesn’t seem to be a lack of employees since I saw a small army of them during my visit today. Everyone I encountered was extremely pleasant and professional as always
