I recieved the text my vehicle was completed..
Usually someone come and call my name as other's clients name was called when thier vehicles was Complete. I set for 20 to 25 minutes for them to bring me my paperwork so I can sign out, After sitting so long I went to the desk and they directed me who was to take care of the rest of the business. She was the same lady that came and call someone else's name. Never had this happen to me. Hopefully next time when you're Service people have to go to a class that we as Customers can be informed. On my way out of the door,I saw the Service lady She had just got out of class, I told her what happened she apologize not the other lady.
