As an active duty service-member, I was super impressed with Mr. Broussard! He was very nice, self-aware, professional and had a great deal of common sense. I would rate him 10/10 for customer-service.

I was notified that my car was ready before your shuttle dropped me at my office. I couldn’t drive back with the shuttle because other passengers with greater distances had to be dropped off first. When service is to be quick (which is a very good thing) customers should be told. Had I known my car would be ready in 20 minutes I would have waited.
