I was disappointed that I had $676 worth of work done and I didn’t get a free car wash at the new car wash. Also, when I tried to pay with my credit card, I had to pay $20 fee because they charge me a 3% fee for using my credit card, which is very wrong considering most of the time when people have a lot of mechanic work done they need to put it on a credit card that needs to be adjusted and fixed.

Disappointing. 2.5 hours for a tire rotation. No communication, never met this service rep until post- service. When they brought my vehicle the air filter was on the seat and glove box on the floor. Lesson learned— only trust Michael Guillory service rep
