I have only had my car that i bought from this toyota dealership in lake charles for a month. i’ve since then had to schedule two service appointments. one was for an oil change the other was for tire rotation. normal care. the first visit i was in and out in less than an hour. very pleased . this second visit i waited over two hours past my SCHEDULED, reserved appointment before they even took my car into the shop. and again this was JUST for a tire rotation. after two hours , i went to check on my car that is when i found out it hadn’t even been in the shop yet. they said they would have it in the shop immediately and have me out in no time. 15 minutes pass. my car is done. Could have been out of there a LONG time ago if it was just 15 minutes it took to do the rotation.

Only flaw is checkout. Angela was busy checking in customers. Why doesn’t the cashier handle the checkout process? We stood around for almost 10 minutes before service manager had a guy check us out at Angela’s station. Really would help the flow. Only one person handling payments instead of each advisor. Just my opinion.
