No need to contact. Of all the times I’ve been there this was definitely the worst communication. I had to ask for feedback and received short answers via text. Just have had way better in the past. Maybe it was an off day for her. I’ll just ask for someone else next time.

Appointment at 2:00 received text it was ready at 4:03 and didn’t get to check out until 4:50. Car was in for oil change, filter change and air conditioner filter change. Why did it take so long to pay and get my car?

The timing was inconvenient today. It took 3 hours to get my vehicle serviced. But, the staff was courteous and did get me out in enough to make school pickup. I'm only giving feedback to insure that you are aware of waiting time concerns of your customers.

Twice within a month, I have had the same issue with my radio going on and off like it has a mind of its own and both times that I’ve brought it in, I’ve been told to 1.not use the Bluetooth because that’s what’s messing it up. (What am I paying for if I can’t use it?). 2. Reset the passcode that’s what the problem is. (We will give it a shot and see if that works but I’m highly doubtful.) Just because the car doesn’t have a code that comes up doesn’t mean there is not something wrong with it. I’ve tried to show a video of what is happening and describe it to the best of my ability but I feel unheard when I’m told there is no code so there is nothing to fix. As far as BNunez is concerned, he’s been very polite and kind. The customer service department has been great. I’m just not satisfied with the answers I’ve been given.
