Very nice employees!! A salesman met me as I walked up and explained how the maintenance service works. Service was efficient and fast and waiting area and accomodations were very pleasing and comfortable!!

It seems that the repair staff was Severely Over-Booked on Monday, February 17, 2025. There was a long line in each of the service lanes at about 7:45 AM.
David/Davon was very nice and I appreciate how thorough he was in his explanation of the analysis of my vehicle. I knew that the service would not be fast but personally, I needed to be told the truth about the length of time that it would take for the service to be completed. I was told that my vehicle was already in the bay and it wouldn’t be long. I then waited over 2 hours for the repair and the completion of the paperwork. In total I was there almost 4 hours.
I will, in the future, press a little harder to get an estimated time and will ask for an update every 30 minutes. I could have had someone pick me up so that I could have made a better use of my time if I had known it would take that long.
I do appreciate the great service that I have received on my RAV4 and continue to enjoy driving it.
