Angela was very friendly and helpful. I got there a little early, but she was still able to get me checked in quickly. I didn’t feel like I waited very long to have my vehicle serviced.
Everyone at Toyota is friendly. I never dread having to get my vehicle serviced. You always make it so simple and quick.

I got there at 9:15 and I got out of there for 237 and was not notified that My car was done and when I have appointment just for an oil change it takes 2 to 3 hours instead of five because I didn’t have an appointment so I guess I’m a customer that you don’t care about anymore The little guy went to lunch. Another guy checked me out. I checked with him at 12:30 and he apologized. It was going to change my filter, but I’m gonna check to make sure it was changed because he had he had done left.

Gavin is an amazing service person hands down and I understand he does his job as intended however I’ve been asking about my vehicle oil issue for quite some time to no avail I feel as if my concerns were not heard or they were brushed off when I asked questions concerning my vehicle they we not handled in the manner in which I understand to be the best service that Toyota could offer me! I would like to talk to a member of management about my issue regarding my oil and find out why my vehicle at one point had NO OIL! I was told maybe a technician forgot to put oil in my vehicle! Also I service my vehicle regularly how was an oil leak or anything of that nature not noticed long before!
