I think a quick lube service center would free up your service center. I waited over a hour and half to have a new tire put on under warranty. That’s with an appointment. Ford had a quick lube that handle oil and tire issues. It was much faster. I do like the snack center while I wait. That’s a plus. The wait time for small issues looks to be an issue for me being a shift worker.

I sat in my car 10-15 minutes before someone told me myagaent was busy and sent someone different. When I dropped Mr car the only light that was on in the dash was the wrench for my oil change now my tire light is on and won’t go off.

I got in my car to leave and it was making the noise I explained to Barton and did the engine noise after the key was turned off. It does it regularly. I could've it because my husband was probably already home by the time I actually got checked out and finally brought my car. We live 35 minutes away.
