I was there for 3 hours. When they called me they told me the i my thing that had been done was my vehicle was test drove and they found nothing wrong.
I have a brand new Toyota rav4
The steering wheel is not straight… they told me nothing needs done because the vehicle drives straight. Yes the vehicle does but with the steering wheel at a slight light angle to the right.
You can take your hands off the wheel and the vehicle will drive straight, but the wheel is not straight. If you make the wheel straight, the car goes to the left.
