Unfortunately, my service appointment did not meet my expectations. I felt like I could’ve been kept up to date on how long it would take, I was not advised that it was covered by my warranty at the time I was told I need to have the service done. I was told the mechanic took my car for a test drive after changing my valve cover gasket but as soon as I drove off the check engine light came on indicating a leak in the vacuum system. Had to bring it back to get fixed correctly. Ask for price on new battery but was not provided.

Jarrod was very professional and efficient. Due to unexpected necessary repairs plus normal maintenance plus my Honda detailed Jarrod moved mountains to complete this by the end of business day. I know it was all hands on deck forJarrod’s team to make this happen. I had an important meeting the following morning and needed my Honda.
