I appreciate the effort of your management team to understand my frustration of trying to receive a written quote before the final work was approved. I don’t like surprises.
Because I am leaving tomorrow morning and the work couldn’t be scheduled until tomorrow, I deferred most of the work to when I return in October. I have had nothing but great experiences in the past and will try to schedule the remainder of work in October.

I was told I still have a service package when booking the appointment. But then got a call this morning that I would have to pay for the service. Nobody is on the same page. Always seems like our car is the first car ever serviced at Vatland. Never a good experience.
