We felt we were in honest hands. Jarrod was very professional and friendly. There is not one negative thing I can say about our first service visit at Vatland. Also- I had no idea what Ladies’ Day was until I arrived- pretty terrific!!!

Very pleased with service

Jarred is absolutely the best! He is so knowledgeable. He listened and really hears what is being said to him. He is fair. He is kind and polite and he makes Vatland Honda look good!

My visit started out by being greeted by someone asking me if I had an appointment, I gave him my name, he said to go into Mr Jenkins office and wait. Since I was early Mr Jenkins came in shortly and said I could wait in the waiting area, I said I’m just dropping the car off. Nonetheless I went to the waiting area. I waited 20 minutes and decided to leave. I received a texted indicating my car was ready….I also had a missed call from Vatland. There was no message left, so I figured it was a call indicating the car was ready . When I arrived to pickup the car at 3-330, I said to Mr Jenkins is my car ready, he said yes. He seemed to be moving around his office looking for something, I assume it was my paperwork. I told him I will step outside to give him time to get it together. He then called me in, I said is the car ready? He said yes, I said is the squeaking noise in the front end fixed. He said no. He said he called me, I said did you leave a message. He said again I called. For the record…I don’t have a voicemail from Mr Jenkins. I will say I’ve had very good experiences at Vatland…but for some reason the last few times and most recently have been very disappointing. A disaster. The last few times Mr Jenkins has reiterated they hear no sound and can’t duplicate it. …in the meantime we’ve been driving a car that I purchased at your dealership, continue to get serviced , and the noise continues. Mr Jenkins said leave the car overnight….we’ll that’s easier said then done….this continues to be our problem. I’m a 31 year Coast Guard Veteran, I work in customer service at a country club. If I had a customer continue to bring a concern to me and I send them away each time dissatisfied, I’d be ashamed. I get it though, I’m only one of a zillion customers you have, you’ll get by as a company without my 70.00 oil change. Mark M
