I didn’t have any conversations with Jarrod, I dropped my car off the night before and someone else completed my transaction however I completely trust the technician, Patrick Spence, and am happy with his honest opinion and the work he does on my vehicles.

Came in for Oil change at 3pm. Asked that the techs check for any leaks while changing oil. After about an hour and 15 minutes called back to service reps desk. Tells me all the things wrong with the car, $2000 to fix. I said ok, let me take the paper and I’ll review but right now I’ll just pay for the oil change. Guy responds that they didn’t do an oil change, didn’t know I wanted. I was so taken aback I literally had no idea what to say. I had my 4 year old son with me and he was over the whole situation and just wanted to go home. He apologized and said they would have the oil change done in 10 minutes. Any Joe Schmo knows an oil change takes at least 25 minutes. So of course another 40 minutes and my car is finally. Honestly just ridiculous. Never had this issue before.

Chris did great! When getting into my car to take for a scheduled maintenance, my car wouldn’t start. I called Honda, and Chris talked me through the steps I needed to take. I was able to get road side help, and make it to my now late appointment. He was still able to get some things done before closing time.
