I came in for new battery. 1 1/2 hrs later was told it would be done by 5:00. It was noon at that time. Told that the system scheduled me at that time. New system automatically slotted me in. Wonder how long I would have sat waiting if I had not checked on it myself. It was then done immediately. The people were all very polite but he knew I was waiting and no one noticed how long it was taking
