As I told Toby, I arrived at 2 pm and was checked in for my oil change/tire rotation appointment at 2:15 pm and advised car should be ready by 3:15 pm. I heard nothing from Toby and finally went to Toby’s office at 3:25 pm to learn that the technician had “just finished draining the oil” and was soon to start rotating the tires. I don’t think the technician started the job until I inquired at 3:25 pm (his records should confirm when he really started work on my car). I was finally advised at 3:55 pm that the car was ready. I paid the bill, Toby escorted me to the area to pick up my car and told me to walk straight ahead and my car would be there. He was wrong. The car was not there, it was sitting outside at the entrance to the service center. He didn’t have a clue where my car was. I know everyone has a bad day every once in a while, but this was pathetic. I told Toby I felt neglected and was not pleased with this disservice appointment. I am not interested in discussing this further. I’ve given you my report of my experience. Enough said.
