I don't appreciate sales people trying to get me spend every penny on items services that are not needed it...
The reason I took the car to the dealer,oil change/and a loud noise every time you are driving slow and placing your foot on and off the acceleration has not been resolved. He found every thing wrong with my vehicle from transmission oil, to brake oil, alignment on back tires....to wipers that have been replaced by your dealer a few months ago and are perfectly fine.
Just trying to sell everything he can....
I did not experience that on my last 2 visits to the dealer when John was my customer service person then...
I will not be back for a long time...

Had to bring my vehicle in for a recall and also for a “Auto High Beam Problem” that started showing up. This problem was happening when the vehicle was brought in. When I left the problem was no longer happening but started again this morning. The vehicle is currently in your service department. Just wanted to mention this problem was occurring. John was very professional and is very good with customer service. While I am not happy my vehicle is in for service again, this is no reflection on John and he is a true asset to Vatland Honda.

I came in because my low tire light has been coming on. I called first and was told it would be fine to stop in. Kevin checked me in, never even asked my name. I thought it was odd when I asked him if he needed my name and he declined….said he can get all my info from the VIN number.
After waiting 90 minutes I walked back to check how much longer. Kevin was gone, I was told he went to lunch so I spoke with Chris. Apparently Kevin forgot about me and my car had been sitting there the whole time, no one even knew to check the tires. Chris had someone check it and let me know there was a nail in my tire so I had it patched. Arrived at 11:40, didn’t leave until 2:20. When Kevin arrived back from lunch I spoke to him, he apologized and took ownership of his error. The service manager was also at lunch, so I spoke with Jarrod who was very understanding and kind. I think the feedback is important, I know your dealership wants to provide good customer service. Jarrod listened to what happened, also apologized and went to check on my car for me.

Trying to charge $92 dollars to change the cabin air filter is totally ridiculous. My 16year old daughter did it in two minutes to my Honda Civic and she never did one before. The filter only cost around ten dollars. My daughter, Alexia, was also asked when the oil was changed last. Anyone could see the oil change sticker on the car windshield plus the oil life at 100% the oil had just been change 3 days prior. It is also ridiculous to have to pay $499 for an inspection to purchase your own lease, but if I were to turn the car in would not have to pay at all.
