I was told the service would take under 5 hours but it took over 8 hours to get my vehicle ready. Scheduling the appointment was simple and speaking to a person gave it a wonderful human touch. Ronald Castillo was pleasant and helped to schedule ride back home. Driver was great and timely.

I was sent on my way with a critical battery because quote I don’t have a rental vehicle I give you”. And you said you have to leave by 10 and it’s 10. I was surprised by how I spoken too really. I was charged for diagnostic even though I planned on having the radio and battery repaired. I thought I would only be charged if there was nothing wrong and/or I didn’t do repairs.
I’ve been a loyal customer servicing my vehicle which I purchased from you for the last four years. That loyalty stops today.
