I always try to reach Camryn for any service on my Rav4. She is very approachable and a pleasure to speak with. Camryn is a asset to Toyota.

The only thing I would recommend is that a customer contact should happen when the parts are received. I waited 2 weeks and then called to find out if the parts had come in, had I not called I would not had known they had received the part to complete the job.

I had an appointment for 7:30am; however, my car was not ready until 1:30pm despite only having a NYS inspection, oil change and tire rotation. In addition, I did not receive any type of communication regarding the car until I called 3 hours after my appointment. Communication with Toyota has been lackluster as of lately. I’m not sure what’s really the point of having an appointment at 7:30am if it takes almost the entire day to do a tire rotation and oil change.
