I made one week in advance an appointment for recall about front bumper, based on the letter I received from Toyota. I gave my VIN number and all info required to fix the problem, when I scheduled this appointment. I live 50 miles away from Toyota dealer and after I spent over an hour to wait for the fix of the recall I was informed that it was only for inspection and that you need to order parts required for this fix, so I need to make another appointment and come back again. It is like a joke for me. I am very disappointed and upset what happened today. The multi-point inspection was done which I did not ask for. It was done just to tell me what supposedly has to be done. one of the things was rotation of tires, while I just replaced all 4 tires a few weeks ago. There were also other things listed which I do not think were needed. But nonetheless, I came to fix the recall, and it was not done. My trip was for nothing. I wasted my time.

I have already spoken with management, very pleased with Danielle as she went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant as could be. Management did a great job with handling my issue as well. All said as my very bad experience that cause a huge deal of turmoil was handled and delt with very professionally and compassionately but that doesn't entirely negate a unsavory experience that nearly left me unemployed.
