I took my truck in because it was stalling, there is a recall saying the remedy is a new engine. When I dropped off and got loaner, I was under the impression they were keeping my truck until this recall was done. They told me they would have my truck for approx 2 months. Got a call the next day saying my truck was done. It is dangerous to drive as I’ve almost got into accident a few times already because of the lack of power. Total miscommunication by Toyota in house.

Overall service was good (oil change), but technician didn’t pay attention on the tire rotation and missed installing one of my hubcentric centering rings correctly which resulted in tire wobble above 40mph and incorrectly torqued lug nuts. Fortunately, Discount Tire was able to quickly correct the issue, and additionally rebalanced all my tires for free.
