Every time I bring my vehicle in for an oil change, it takes 1.5-2 hours. Zero updates during service on the status of the vehicle like other dealerships. Two weeks ago I spent 4.5 HOURS at this dealership due to a defective blind spot/RCTA sensor. Two hours into the service for diagnosis they still hadn't taken off the bumper! They offered to order the part (covered under warranty) and that I could keep my vehicle there and they could give me a loaner. Well the loaner was a RAV4, my vehicle is a 21 Toyota Sienna.... So what the hell?! Um sorry that doesn't work. They never contacted us when the part was in, we had to follow up to schedule the appointment for the part and ask if it had come in. We make an appointment and were told it would take two hours. Nope. It takes 4.5 hours AGAIN to fix it after we were told it should only take two hours. The girl at the counter says "I'm sorry I'm just the one who checked you in today." Seriously. What kind of customer service is that? You lost a customer.

No one told me how to operate the newly installed seat warmers. The paper left in the vehicle explaining it indicated a new button installed, which isn’t there, so I am a bit at a loss as how to control that

The service team was very kind, egear to get me in, it got done quicker than I thought it would. But the service member asked me if I wanted a car wash as well, to which I said yes, but it never got done. That’s one reason why it got done so quickly.

First of all customer service is very important to me when I first walk in the door no one wanted to help and the guy that did did not want to no name did not come and let me know about the process about my car or nothing he sent someone else I know the process so being that said I will not spend my money at this place anymore just remember people of color have feelings also we can afford to get are car service thank you but no thank you

Mr. Galletti is a great service advisor. Very professional, straight forward and courteous. He's been my service advisor several times with two different vehicles and goes the extra mile to ensure his customers leave satisfied. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE!!! I have received this type of service before which brings me back to Puyallup Toyota. I bought this Tundra from Puyallup Toyota. It has been a very good pickup. She wasn't very professional. My appt. was for 8:15 a.m. I arrived at 7:55 and she was still trying to finish check-in paperwork at 8:10 her estimate for finished oil change was way off. She told me about an hour and a half. She asked if I wanted vehicle washed. I told her no. At 9:45 I went and asked her what the delay was? She told me that maybe it was due to the high mileage on my vehicle. I have never known that to be the case. At 10:30 I went to ask again, what was taking so long? She then told me my vehicle was being washed and they would bring it around and I was to watch for someone to bring me my keys! I had to tell her again, that I didn't want my vehicle washed. She then told me she would go check to see if she could stop it from being washed. At 10:40 a service tech came and told me my vehicle was being washed and it would be a few more minutes! At 10:45 I went out to the parking lot to see my vehicle being driven up, and I retrieved my keys. Nearlybthrre hours for an oil change! I have been a loyal customer at that dealership, for years. Hands down worst service I've ever had, and that includes during the pandemic when your dealership was short staffed. Brittany needs to be trained better and more knowledgeable about time frame reference and given the training that high mileage vehicles (2008 Toyota Tundra) do not require more time for an oil change. I'd rate today's visit a 4 out of 10. Also of note, your coffee machine was broke down, yet again.
